A one hour consultation that includes feeding basics including what to expect, risk of not breastfeeding and benefits to breastfeeding. Other topics included are hand expression, position and latch, and how to know if your baby is getting enough milk. Includes basic text support afterwards for quick questions. Some questions may require more and need an additional consultation.
